Cancelling an order that HAS NOT been packed: you are entitled to your money back however we do charge a 10% restocking fee. Alternatively you can have the full amount in store credit.
Change of mind once order has been received: I will allow returns for change of mind however this will be store credit or exchanges only.
Exchanges for different colour/size/item: I will always recommend you repurchase the new item(s). I do not do straight exchanges because your new size/colour/item may have sold out during the return process. Your first order will be treated as a straight refund/return. This will also allow you to receive your new prefered item much quicker and have a new order number for future tracking.
Standard Return on items for wrong size.
Items purchased from Unlucky Apparel can be returned for a refund* within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively you can exchange within 30 days.
* All direct refunds (not store credit) will result in a 10% restocking/rewashing fee.
Clearance Items unless faulty, can only be returned for store credit.
Unlucky reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with company standards and will return the garments at the customer's own expense.
ANY ITEMS RETURNED WITH ANIMAL FUR/ CIGARETTE SMOKE OR DEODERANT MARKS ON THEM WILL BE SENT RIGHT BACK TO YOU. Items need to need to be in a resellable condition.
Company standards: Please inspect your product/s as soon as it arrives. Returns can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed, in orignal packaging.

Products will be eligible for a refund or replacement if they involve a manufacturing fault, have been damaged during shipping or the incorrect item has been received. Please note that general wear and tear over time or damage caused by neglect, misuse, incorrect washing, incorrect sizing is not considered a manufacturing fault.

IMPORTANT INFOMATION FOR RETURNING BELOW
For any items being returned to Unlucky for any reason, please do the following. Include a note, hand written is fine, with
1. your order number
3. reason for return e.g. refund or faulty.
4. Where you contacted me about the return e.g. Facebook, email or Instagram
I have psychogenic amnesia linked to my dissociative disorder, this means memory loss. This note helps me remember the details for the order's return. Any orders with no note will be sent back.
Ship the item back to us (Currently, you are responsible for the cost in returning your item to us and we recommend using a trackable source to ship)
Please keep your tracking number/receipt. You will be notified by email/text (whatever contact you have selected) once your returns have been processed.
Credit notes/refunds will be issued once items have been received and approved.
